Sathish Babu Chakka (CEO & Founder)
sbchakka@forterradev.comSathish is a seasoned real estate entrepreneur with extensive experience in residential and commercial development projects across Texas. He’s led planning, entitlements, and managing development including subdivisions near Cimarron Hills and a mixed-use business center in Leander. Sathish has been active in Georgetown since 2016 and is currently forming a MUD for the Lakeside project. His pipeline includes over 2500+ acres in Liberty Hill, Burnet, Taylor, Manor, Hutto, and Lockhart. Sathish resides in Austin with his wife and two kids.
Ramakrishna Kandula (COO & Co-Founder)
rama@forterradev.comRama is a passionate real estate investor with over 7 years of experience. He acquired 14 apartment complexes in 5 states as a General Partner. His development projects cover 2045 acres across Texas, North Carolina, Arizona, and California. An entrepreneur at heart, Rama started two successful technology companies and later pursued real estate to generate passive income for himself and his investors. He earned a Master’s in Science from BITS Pilani, India, and now resides in Austin with his wife Jay and their two daughters.
Stephanie Duffin (Sales Development Manager)
Stephanie Duffin, a Round Rock native and Georgetown resident, brings her deep Texas Hill Country roots and passion for Central Texas to her role as Sales Development Manager for Forterra Developers at Cimarron Hills. A Texas State University graduate (B.S., 2008) and devoted mother, she leverages her extensive real estate experience and Austin-area expertise to guide clients in finding their dream estate homesites, ensuring every vision is realized with precision and care.
Brad Robbins (Executive Director, Central Texas Operations)
Brad Robbins leads Forterra Development Group’s initiatives across Central Texas, with a focus on strategic growth and community partnerships. Based at Cimarron Hills in Georgetown, he also plays a key role in advancing Forterra’s projects in Taylor, TX, including the Forterra Business Park and the Forterra Mixed-Use development. With a background in real estate, development, and municipal consulting, Brad helps ensure Forterra’s projects align with market opportunity while supporting long-term community and economic vitality in the region.
